How does an expert ticket work?
An expert ticket brings in our human team: an expert confirms a finding, deepens a topic, or acts on your behalf. One ticket is included every year; additional tickets are 49 euros excl. VAT each.
How much does iokoo cost?
8 euros per month excl. VAT for your organisation, with the unlimited assistant for up to 5 team members, then 1 euro per month excl. VAT per additional member.
What topics does the assistant cover?
Day-to-day IT: Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, email, printing, VPN, mobile, and basic cybersecurity.
How quickly will I get a response?
Response is guaranteed within 15 minutes during business hours.
Is iokoo multilingual?
Yes, the assistant replies in multiple languages.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is hosted in the EU and our support is ISO 9001 certified.
Does iokoo replace a free AI assistant?
A free assistant gives a generic answer. iokoo knows your context, builds on your exchanges, and brings in a certified human committed to the result.
Is there a commitment?
No. The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term.
How do I cancel?
No commitment: you can cancel anytime from your account, ending at the close of the current month.
