An expert ticket gives you access to our whole team, not just one technician: to confirm a finding, deepen a topic, or act on your behalf. Additional tickets: 49 € excl. VAT each.

Is there a commitment?

No. The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term.

What happens beyond 5 team members?

You add members at 1 €/month excl. VAT each. The assistant stays unlimited.

Can I carry over an unused expert ticket?

The included expert ticket is valid for the current year and does not roll over to the next.

How does "solved or refunded" work?

If a handled issue is not resolved, the corresponding ticket is refunded to you.
